We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a package or product that is damaged, defective, or we ship you the wrong product by mistake we will gladly exchange or refund your total order within 30 days.
If returned for any other reason you will be responsible for the shipping both ways, (the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping) as well as a 15% restocking fee. The returned material must be in the original condition with no cuts or marks on the material.
In order to make a return you must contact us first and discuss the situation at which time we will issue you a return number.
We do have a delivery route if you are in parts of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Please contact us if you are interested in having us visit your shop. If you are on our route there is no delivery charge and you save the shipping. It’s a great way to cut costs.
Shipping charges are given as estimates only. Most of the time the estimates are correct but in some instances the charges may be off due to combined package size and weight. We will not know the actual shipping charge until the item is packaged and the prices may change. We will contact you before the order is completed if there is an issue with the estimated shipping charge.
